Over the years, Phillips Seafood Restaurants has grown with great force along the East Coast. We are proud to know that through these periods of change and expansion our employees have been as loyal to our company as they were the day we opened the Crab House in 1956.
It has long been a priority of ours to promote from within and, as such, we groom our employees with the expectation that they will rise to higher levels within our restaurants or corporate structure. Many of our managers have been with Phillips for well over ten years, starting as line cooks, servers, dock loaders and bartenders.
