Dinner Only
To open Late September early October
New casual fine dining restaurant in Downtown Culver City seeking experienced cooks. Cuisine will be Cali-Asian with influences of low country bbq. Must have 4-5 years fine dining experience. Please include resume with references.
Responsibilities will include preparing all needed mise en place for selected station, keeping the station clean and organized at all times, run station during service consistently executing all dishes, all chef selected deep cleaning duties and leaving station clean with prep list ready for the next day.
Compensation based on experience- $15-$18/hr
