Job Description
Currently hiring bbq pit cooks for a craft Barbecue Restaurant in Bastrop TX. Previous kitchen experience is preferred (bbq experience not needed) the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to small details while cooking.
$15-18 hr. Plus Tip Share.
Responsibilities
- Repetitive lifting of 50+lb meat lugs. Trimming and seasoning meats.
- Fiire management.
- Sausage Production
- Meat curing programs.
