Job Description

Opening a new pizza restaurant in Oak Hill looking for a full staff. Need a counter person who has either poured beer and wine or worked at a coffee shop, huge bonus if youve done both. Looking for a pizza cook who has made hand stretched pizzas in the past, a pasta cook, also salad prep and broil cook.

Responsibilities

• Hand stretch 16” pies
• Prepare ingredients.
• Possess an impeccable sense of timing.
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen.
• Monitor stock and place orders for shortages.
