Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player.

For over 25 years DC's Sportsbar and Steakhouse has been the go to spot in Eunice, Louisiana. From our secret family recipes, to our perfectly boiled crawfish, Texas needed a taste of what our small town had to offer.
In February 2014, the first concept was created, Seafood on the Geaux in Katy, TX. We wanted a place for people to enjoy fresh seafood and Cajun favorites. When the crawfish were ready after winter business boomed! Straight from the ponds of Louisiana our owners got to boiling and giving Katy crawfish that were always a TaD better. The idea of TaD's Louisiana Cooking came about when we noticed Katy needing some true Louisiana flair. With its Cajun roots and home style cooking TaD's is sure to satisfy your cravings.
The menu offers a larger variety than Seafood on the Geaux and gives guests a cozy spot to come and watch the game. We didn't want to stray too far away from our to Geaux concept so you can not only dine in, but you can also call and conveniently grab lunches and dinners through our pick up window. If you have time to stay, sit on our patio with friends and family or hangout at our bar and drink an ice cold beverage.
