About this location
About Texas Keeper Cider
A small kitchen in the taproom provides a variety of simple, from-scratch items. We focus the food menu on items that pair well with cider, and prefer to make as much of it as possible in-house (mustards, water kefir sodas, marmalades, lacto-fermented pickles, etc), using in-season, local ingredients.
As a small, family owned business, we think a lot of about the quality of the employment we're providing. Our aim is for the job to be satisfying, enjoyable, and well compensated. We want our staff to feel invested in and proud of where they work, and to see a future of growth for themselves here.
