Job Description

As a general cook, you will prep your station and line cook. You should be passionate about putting out consistent quality food, be able to follow recipes, and take direction from the management. We welcome team players who all help each other when it gets hectic.

Responsibilities

• Cook food by hand battering and/or boiling seafood
• Prepare ingredients and thaw seafood safely
• Possess a solid sense of timing and cool under pressure
• Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
• Keep a clean and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Monitor stock and prep anything low
