Job Description
Pure Milk and Honey is a gourmet soft serve ice cream shop with an in-house production kitchen located in Dallas, Texas. Our team handcrafts ice creams, toppings, certain sauces, and certain baked goods every day. The menu changes monthly and there is a strong emphasis on organic and local ingredients.
Responsibilities
- Pure Milk and Honey is looking for team members to help carry out the day-to-day production duties. These duties are not limited to but include the following:
- Preparation of ingredients
- Follow recipes to make ice cream mixes, sauces, and a variety of baked goods
- Kitchen clean up and maintenance
- Labeling and rotating ingredients with FIFO (First In, First Out)
- Requirement:
- Have a current Food Handler’s card (can be acquired after you receive job offer)
- We are looking for bakers and ice cream makers who are seeking a challenging role and are interested in doing a variety of kitchen tasks in a fun and fast paced environment.
