About this location
About Bread Zeppelin Salads Elevated
In 2010, high school friends Troy Charhon and Andrew Schoellkopf found themselves in similar positions working for high end specialty food concepts in Dallas. While reconnecting over beers one night, they discussed ways to improve the humble sandwich and how the local marketplace was lacking energy. At that moment, Bread Zeppelin was born. They immediately went to work crafting their vision, fine-tuning the process and selecting the right ingredients.
After careful consideration, the first Bread Zeppelin opened on MacArthur Blvd in Las Colinas. The store was an instant success with lines out the door within months of opening. After working out a few kinks (like running out of bread), Troy and Andrew got into the groove of things and just over a year later were able to open location #2 in Plano, TX. Growth has been continuous ever since.
