Job Description
We mainly operate under one position around the shop. Everybody knows how to do everything, the position you work is assigned shift to shift. This promotes a tight-knit family feeling in the shop as well as aids in teamwork proficiency. When everybody knows what's going on, each team member is able to identify how to best assist their coworkers.
