Using industrial dishwashing machinery, you'll obliterate back of house sanitation policies while helping to keep the kitchen prepped and organized. Responsibilities
- Operate dishwasher.
- Wash glassware by hand when necessary.
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins.
- Rotate dishes.
- Clean dish storage.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed.
