Job Description
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit organized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

Chef Anthony Rose needed a change after a series of four cafes and a popular catering business in Miami-Dade. So a little over a year ago, he moved to Broward County and opened his own take-out business with a menu that features organic and health-friendly options (also halal-friendly). "After researching Jamaican restaurants I realized that all Jamaican restaurants do exactly the same thing," Rose says. "So we want to infuse a little bit more healthier. It's 2020, everybody wants to eat healthier. Jamaican food traditionally doesn't cook to order. This is the first Jamaican restaurant where you have the option of going vegan, vegetarian, or pescatarian and everything is cooked to order ... it's completely different than any [other] kind of Jamaican cuisine, guarantee it. I guarantee it."
