Job Description
As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements. You'll be responsible for keeping the dish pit orgranized and assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean. Your pace is critical to turning tables, so a strong work ethic is key to success.

We are a family-owned business serving Latin food from the Caribbean, established in Clermont, Florida, serving this beautiful city since 2007. When settling in Clermont, “the gem of the hills”, we noticed the lack of Latin food venues and quickly decided to establish our restaurant known as “El Cerro”. The name is a kin to the Spanish word hill which we loved about Clermont.
