Job Description
Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Boca Raton is looking for DISHWASHERS to join our fast-paced, high-volume location! We are currently searching for candidates with 1+ years of previous full-service, restaurant experience to join our team in a full or part time position!
$12-$16/ HOUR, BASED ON EXPERIENCE! PTO! DINING DISCOUNTS! HEALTH BENEFITS! 401K!
The Dishwasher performs general back of house (BOH) duties. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, equipment, utensils and other kitchen items through manual and machine cleaning methods.
-Disposes of trash. Cleans and maintains all trash receptacles, throughout the facility. Ensures all trash bins are properly cleaned and replenished with a new liner.
-Collects and places soiled linens in designated area for cleaning service.
-Restocks and properly stores clean dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, equipment, utensils, and other kitchen items to its designated area.
-Additional duties as assigned by Executive Chef or direct supervisor.
