Job Description
As the driver, you are the face of our brand. You'll provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are correct and delivered in a timely manner. You should be able to creatively solve problems and have a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers. A Driver's License and some cash handling will be required.
Responsibilities
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
- Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
- Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
- Weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
- Know and comply with proper storage standards
- Participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
- Clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards

My dear mother's nickname is "Old Hag" - when I decided to purchase David's Oak Cliff Pizza & Pasta we needed to change the name as part of the negotiation. My mother, Becky, insisted that I name it after her nickname.
The name "Old Hag" is a naming of my mother's nickname and not meant to insult woman or older folks. It was created entirely to show the love and respect for my mother by giving her the naming rights.
