Job Description
Nationally Recognized Award Winning Caterer looking for EXPERIENCED PART-TIME Event Supervisor. You will supervise catered events at various locations in and around Austin, Texas. Duties include the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Ensure event workbooks have been received and reviewed for understanding of event details and logistics.
- Effectively manage teams of staff and coordinate with event planner on-site.
- Maintain a smooth and timely set-up, staying on timeline, coordinating changes from event planner to chef staff and cleaning up after event with an on-time exit from venue.
- Document staff arrival and departure along with feedback on each staff person.
- Ensure all equipment is utilized appropriately and returned to the vendor same day.
- Document and report any issues with venue equipment to venue manager on duly and Crave management.
- Effective management of catered events and all desired elements contracted by client.
