Job Description
As executive chef, you'll be involved in all aspects of the business and restaurant operations. Customer satisfaction should be your driving motivation, but you should also be able to utilize P&L statements and other technologies to manage and exceed profit goals. You'll be responsible for sourcing, hiring, coaching and motivating employees while providing a safe and welcoming work environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily BOH operations and ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Manage financial reports and maintain a profitable business through the use of P&L statements
- Source, hire and continually develop team members with training and coaching
- Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
- Grow sales using different tactics and strategies
- Manage and promote the brand
- Schedule routine or emergency maintenance
