The Flying Fish is a well-established and high volume fast-casual service restaurant and we're hiring at our Houston location! We are looking to immediately fill a Restaurant Key Employee position. Seeking career-minded individuals with high energy and a passion for not only the business they conduct, but the staff they support, and the customers they serve. We pride ourselves on our outstanding food quality and passionate service, and our restaurants have built a reputation of being fun and casual with the best seafood around.

Responsibilities

• • At least 1 years (Current or within last 6mo) of Full Service or fast casual Restaurant Management experience. Seafood experience is a plus.
• • Strong Back of the House knowledge.
• • Extremely hands on work ethic.
• • Bi-lingual is a plus, but not necessary.
• • A demonstrated ability to build sales and reach out to the community
• • The ability to attract, develop, and retain top hourly talent
• • A track record of building guest loyalty
• • Proven ability to hold team members accountable and motivate a team to succeed
• • Must be able to function in a faced paced environment and on your feet up to 10-12 hours per day.
• • Must be able to transport items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
• • Must be TABC certified
• • Must have a valid Safe Serv Management Certificate
