Job Description
Ammazza is looking for experienced pizza cooks. Pizza cooks should be able to: set up a pizza line for service; open dough and apply sauce and ingredients quickly;use a peel to put the pizza in a woodfire oven; show up to work on time; have a general knowledge of the pizza industry.
Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
