Job Description

As a Pizza Maker/Line Cook you will be responsible for the preparation of our proprietary dough as well as products at our Project X street pizza concept. Our dough process is super unique and requires an experienced set of hands that understands the importance of fermentation and prep process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Craft Food Hall Project standards
• Operate with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Craft Food Hall Project
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members.
• Drive sales by practicing consistency in food quality and positively engaging with guests in the restaurant
• Maintain cleaning  and sanitation standards
