Job Description
To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated leadership experience in the restaurant or retail environment, including actively leading, managing, and developing team members to achieve results and ensuring strong operational execution. Minimum 50-hour work week required and availability to work morning, mid, closing and weekend shifts
Experience & Education:
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility.
College or university degree preferred but relevant experience will be considered.
Proven track record in managing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.
Experience in recruiting, training, and developing staff to create high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, local health, and safety codes.
Skills:
Exceptional team-building capability with a focus on staff development and motivation.
Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Basic personal computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and financial reporting accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Efficient Operations & Cost Management:
- Create value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
- Control daily operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventive maintenance program.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times by effectively managing the restaurant within company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met.
- Facilitate a safe working and customer experience environment by promoting safe work behaviors.
- Profit & Loss Management:
- Follow cash control/security procedures, maintain inventory, manage labor, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions.
- Execute complete and timely execution of corporate and local marketing programs.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, interview, and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate and train the team.
- Authority to hire and fire (or participate in those decisions).
- Implement recognition and motivation efforts to foster a positive work environment.
