Job Description
The Food Packaging Team works with the chefs to assemble Fresh Market meals. Packaging team also perform light food preparation and portion control to produce consistent meals.
Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen experience are recommended.
Responsibilities
- Follow structure prep lists and recipes to produce great looking meals
- Prepare ingredients
- Able to work within a team to produce meals in a timely fashion
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
