Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Respond to guest concerns, both written and verbal with the ability to creatively solve problems and develop robust solutions.
• Represent the culture with a high-energy, service-oriented attitude to motivate your team.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training and follow up with new team members.
• Continuously cross-train, develop and mentor assistant managers and team members.
• Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and effectively within the companys fiscal and operational guidelines.
• Purchasing within established guidelines. Oversee correct invoicing, storage and sealing of all products to always ensure quality and freshness.
• Responsible for restaurant P&L performance.
• Ability to explain and articulate Monthly P&L fluctuations, and action plans during monthly meetings.
• Developing initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest check average.
• Ensuring established standards of food safety, sanitation, and quality are maintained.
• Ensure all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to company recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
• Ensuring all reports, documentation, and other information required by our corporate office are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensuring secure, safe handling, and transportation of funds.
• Responsible for the physical/aesthetic maintenance of the restaurant.

• What You Will Need:
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors preferred.
• 5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Able to work a minimum of 55 hours per week, with the flexibility in hours necessary to manage, and operate the restaurant effectively.
• Results driven, trustworthy and team oriented.
• Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time.
