Job Description

Primo Hoagies is looking for individuals who possess a warrior’s spirit, a servant’s heart,

● 1 year Deli experience (Preferred)

● High school or equivalent education (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• A Certified Primo Hoagies Manager should be well-rounded in a food-service or restaurant
• environment.
• ● Must be able to open and close establishment
• ● Open and close the registers
• ● Purchase and properly manage and track all food and beverage inventory
• ● Train and manage staff according to brand standards
• ● Communicate with suppliers
• ● Manage advertising spends
• ● Create weekly schedules and manage time clock
• ● Most importantly, be a team leader.
• ● Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.
• This is a fast paced, high energy work environment. The ideal candidate should have:
