Job Description
As a Gaming Assistant, you will ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience by providing them with information and assistance related to all of our gaming options. You are essentially the ambassador to FUN as you will be the means by which people are able to experience our concept to its' fullest potential.
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests with a welcoming demeanor
- Provide information and assistance to all of our Gaming Options.
- Creatively solve problems as they arise
- Diffuse issues as necessary
- Communicate requests, issues and messages with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide general support to the establishment
