Job Description

In Guest Services, you will ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience by providing them with information and assistance in a variety of ways. You should always be on the lookout for opportunities to go above and beyond, though your exact responsibilities may differ. Effective communication and creative problem solving will be central to your success.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a welcoming demeanor
• Provide information and assistance
• Creatively solve problems as they arise
• Diffuse issues as necessary
• Communicate requests, issues and messages with efficiency and professionalism
• Provide general support to the establishment
• Looking for the right person to meet and greet our guests and assist them with their membership and entry into our upscale private members club. Should be computer friendly as our data base is on a Mac. this is an evening to night position Wednesday thru Saturday 8pm - 2am with the occasional Sunday.
