Job Description
Greet customers
Efficiently take hookah orders
Prepare hookahs and maintain them during the duration of each table
Provide top quality professional customer service
Cleaning and maintenance of the hookahs
Packing bowls for hookahs
Servers are responsible to conduct any other job duties as directed by the manager.You work quickly, love being part of a team and are capable of solving problems in stride.
Responsibilities
- Present menu and answer questions
- Take orders and make recommendations
- Manage tables paying attention to cleanliness and order
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude
