Job Description
As host, you'll be the conductor of the orchestra that is service. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for guests' experiences. You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests according to server availability. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. You are also the last note of the experience, and will wish guests farewell and invite them to come back.

We are very excited to be a part of the incredible new development at The Star in Frisco! We look forward to bringing our 90 craft beers on draft and American cuisine to the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth community and are proud to support other local businesses by dedicating 40% of our beer list to local breweries here in Texas.
We have around 9,000 sq. ft. of interior floor space plus a spacious (4,000 sq. ft.) outdoor patio, with seating and cocktail areas for large groups as well as private dining rooms. We enjoy sharing our love of sports and music, and show an array of events on our indoor and outdoor flatscreen HDTVs with state-of-the-art audio. Our current setup is (8) 110″ video walls and (18) 65″ individual HDTVs so that there is never a bad seat in our house.
City Works is an ‘eatery and pour house’ style restaurant, with a focus on classic American food with a twist, an impressive selection of drinks, and an upbeat, energetic atmosphere. Our ‘pour house’ offers 90 craft beers on draft, pouring from 200+ taps across two floors, as well as wine on tap, which offers the benefit of freshness, consistency, and sustainability.
