Job Description

As host, you are the first and last impression guests have on the dining experience. Beyond managing reservations you will help to guide guests on their Shabu Shabu journey. Great communication skills, and an enthusiastic and warm demeanor are a must. You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important and you will be encouraged to use guest names whenever possible. Some light cocktailing so TABC is required.

Responsibilities

• Seat guests and accommodate special requests
• Manage the reservation book: experience with Resy or Open Table a huge +++
• Answer phones and guest questions with a hospitality and a goal to make guests happy.
• Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
