Job Description
Our Hosts and Hostesses must be able to demonstrate genuine hospitality. They
are the first and last impressions of Havana Central and play an essential part in
the guest dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Controlling the flow of the restaurant by seating our guests in a timely manner.
- Answer the phone with a smile.
- Engage guests in friendly conversation.
- Manage restaurant waitlist during high volume.
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Work positively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit great guest relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be a team player.
