Job Description
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep by following our recipes. You should be passionate about putting out consistent and to be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef. Ensure you practice safe food handling and 100% cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen.
NO late nights, we close at 8pm right now. Casual dress, FREE meals while working.
Responsibilities
- Cook food on a flat top grill and char grill and in oven.
- Prepare plate to spec.
- Must be 18 and have current food handler certification.
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Monitor stock and place orders for shortages
