Job Description
Como jefe de turno, serás la persona a la que acudir durante el turno, el primero en resolver los problemas y el que se apresura a echar una mano cuando se necesita. Cuando el director no esté presente, te encargarás de supervisar a los miembros del grupo y de garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes. **EOE. Responsibilities
- Supervisar a los miembros del grupo y delegar las tareas a realizar durante ese turno
- Formar a los nuevos empleados y proporcionar formación continua a los empleados actuales
- Interactuar con los clientes y proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente
- Responder a las quejas de los clientes
- Asistir en la coordinación de los horarios de los miembros del equipo
- Garantizar el control de calidad y ayudar en la administración del inventario
