Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

App's Pizza has been serving the St Cloud community since 1973 and we are proud and honored that our loyal customers have helped us to continue doing what we do best. Over the years we have kept high standards and use high quality ingredients. We start every day making dough fresh with high quality flour, and unlike many pizzerias, our flour is unbleached and unbromated. This means that there is no bleaching agents and potassium bromate in the flour we use to make our pizza dough. After our dough is made it is then proofed before we spin it into a pizza pie. Our pizza sauce is a passed down family recipe, which we make each day to keep you coming back for more. We also grate our cheese daily, and again, many pizzerias get pre-shredded lower quality cheeses which contain cellulose and other anti caking agents. with our unique blend of Italian cheeses, carefully made dough and in house made sauce.
