Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Brick & Fire Pizza and Pasta Parlor is Not a Chain. There is only one. Our dough is made by hand, every day right here in the shop using Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Live Yeast Beer from Orlando Brewing. We vastly use more expensive cheeses and other ingredients than those other chains in our dishes and you can absolutely taste the difference. Our crust is crispy on the outside, chewy and bread like and all of the pizzas are fired directly on the brick. No screens or conveyor belt ovens here! Every single dish, every single pizza we serve here at Brick & Fire is garnished with fresh herbs.
