As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

Cesar's Donuts was established in Oak Cliff in 1996 by Cesar Jasso, a man with a simple vision to live the American Dream of owning His own business. Since selling doughnuts was primarily a morning-only business, Cesar gave the idea of selling tacos a shot. It brought such success, overtime the menu dropped doughnuts completely, and the restaurant evolved into the Cesar's Tacos it is today; from Doughnuts to a Menu that now offers over 60 items. Cesar's Tacos has gone on to expand across the metroplex to 7 locations now serving Oak Cliff, Duncanville, South Arlington, & South Fort Worth.
