As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

I've been in the restaurant and bar business for 25 years, been owning my own for 15. We opened on Carefree Highway in 2009 and enjoying the ride in 2020, building relationships with our patrons and the community. We are family-owned and operated. Delicious food, 33 HD TVs, ice-cold beer and always trying to make it a little better every year.
