Job Description

As a line cook, you will be responsible for making lasting impressions for each guest by not only cooking in a an open kitchen, but by also interacting with each guest everyday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Craft Food Hall Project standards
• Operate with passion, integrity, and knowledge while promoting the culture and values of Craft Food Hall Project
• Maintain a positive work environment for team members.
• Drive sales by practicing consistency in food quality and positively engaging with guests in the restaurant
• Maintain cleaning  and sanitation standards
