Job Description
As a Line Cook, you are someone who loves scratch cooking! You are consistent, have an eye for the important details and the ability to keep up in a fast paced environment is vital. You are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu.
Responsibilities
- Prepare scratch food by following our recipes for
- consistent results
- Comply consistently with standard cooking
- methods, quality standards and kitchen practices
- Cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry,
- vegetables and other food items using broilers,
- ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen
- equipment
- Portion all the products, follow recipes, and always
- make sure the plate presentation looks great
- Keep it clean! Follow the sanitization standards,
- make sure your work station stays clean and
- organized, and follow all of the food handling
