Job Description
Food Hall Environment is fast pace and rewarding.
Pay is based on experience plus tips. Avg. $18-20 per hour
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Duties include:
- Holding the standard of quality food and service.
- Clean working environment at all times.
- Assist with line prep and cooking with speed and accuracy.
- Learn and memorize recipes and procedures
- Be knowledgeable abt what we do and what separates us from the rest.
- Qualifications:
- Able to work at a fast paced environment
- Multi-tasking is imperative- we do 5-6 things at any given time.
