Job Description
The line cook is responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. Flexible to work AM and PM shifts, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes, production and portion standards
- Prepare and present food with consistent quality
- Prep food items and make sure not to over prepare estimated needs
- Date all food containers, rotate and make sure all perishables are kept at proper temperatures
- Check pats for shift use, determine necessary preparation and note out of stock items or possible shortages
