Sourcing the freshest ingredients available, El Monumento serves home-style, made-from-scratch Mexican fare.
El Monumento’s extensive daily menu includes a variety of quintessential Mexican Aperitivos, such as Queso Flameado, a blend of melted quesadilla and Oaxacan cheese, poblano peppers and caramelized onions. An assortment of traditional-style soups and salads round out the appetizer menu.
Las Signaturas dishes include crispy Pork Cheeks served with fried parsley and corn tortillas; Shrimp Relleno with roasted poblano, crimini mushrooms, garlic, spinach and jitomate sauce; and Pescado Veracruz, mesquite-grilled Texas gulf redfish served with garlic aioli. In addition to El Monumento’s staple dishes, many vegetarian and gluten-free options are also offered. And the Postre menu includes traditional house-made favorites like Tres Leches Strawberry Shortcake and Key Lime Pie.
