Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Our concept is to grill fresh seafood over mesquite, or fry it in refined oil with a thin batter. So, while you'll find signature dishes like campechana, seafood gumbo and whole stuffed flounder on the menu, you won't find sauces or heavy layers of breading to mask the flavor of the fish. And if something isn't in season, you won't find it on the menu.
