Job Description
We are a growing company. Opening our third location, Gunselman's Steakhouse in Summer 2024. As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Gunselman's Tavern has been The Public House in Fairview Park for 83 years. Recent renovations include new floor and ceiling in the bar, refurbished 100 year old mahoghany bartop, a brick patio, refurbished original barstools, updated air conditioning and clean, new bathrooms.
Gunselman's Kitchen has reopened for the first time since 1959 serving a classic bar menu and comfort food recipes. All inspired by American big family home cooking.
