About Us:
We are looking for experienced, hard-working and energetic staff for various positions in a new Wine, Cocktail and Coffee Bar Concept, opening early May in the heart of Southlake.
We have created an upscale- causal environment that includes a full kitchen, bar and coffee station set within an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Seating includes dining room, bar, patio and café style accommodations, providing a morning to night setting of offerings to our clients.

As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Basic Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Previous experience as Line Cook or Kitchen Manager
- Ability to replicate executive Chef’s menu offerings consistently and swiftly
- Manage prep-cook and oversee all daily operations of the kitchen, including ordering and inventory management
- Adhere to and exceed food preparation, service and sanitary standards
- Team leader, ability to work under pressure
- Opportunity to be involved in menu, adding your ideas/offerings as we grow
- Ability to work on feet, lift boxes, handle storage as needed
- Helpful Additional Qualifications:
- Food Handling certificate
- 3+ years restaurant experience
- Culinary school graduate a plus
- 21+ years of age

- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff
