Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. In this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

We are an upscale/casual scratch kitchen serving American food with Central Mexican influences. We have a full bar but we have our own cocktails based off our fresh pressed juices! When hiring we are accepting full and part time availability, and our hours are very flexible. We are open from 7AM to 9PM so if you have another job we can work with almost anyone.
