Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.
Responsibilities
- Ability to effectively cook and present all items on the menu in a timely manner
- Complete assigned prep list, efficiently run your station during the shift, and stock food as needed
- Exercising good safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with all members of the BOH staff

Since we first opened in 2008, we have continually invested to expand our offerings. We started with a driving range, and have kept adding more attractions each year. Our most recent addition is the newly completed Sonny’s Pavilion, which enables us to house group outings up to 500+ people in a comfortable, scenic setting with free wifi.
Sonny’s Place is named in honor of the owner’s father, in recognition of how family ties get stronger when kids and adults get the chance to have fun together.
