As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

The name Texas Forever Bar and Grill was inspired by the outcome at the battle of San Jacinto, only a few miles from our flagship location in Channelview, Texas. We recognize those who fought at the battle, which ultimately led to the independence of Texas from Mexico and its evolution into the Republic of Texas. We also salute all supporters who have donated to the park in an effort to preserve the property. Texas Forever encourages its customers from other states to visit the battleground and become familiar with how the battle unfolded. We hope your culinary experience here reflects our love for this state.
