Job Description
We have a simple menu and kitchen. Looking for a couple back ups for my lead cook. BBQ sandwiches and tacos among a short list of other items. The shift is from 4pm to midnight. This is currently a part time position. We just started serving food about a month ago and sales are climbing and were anticipating this to be a full time position soon.
Responsibilities
- Cook food in a variety of ways
- Prepare ingredients
- Possess a solid sense of timing
- Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
