Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

Blending regional flavors of Texas and the South, The Republic Grille is a moderately priced; upscale (yet casual); full service restaurant. The restaurant has a warm and inviting “Eclectic Feel” influenced by the Texas Hill Country with large barn doors, stone accent walls and soft, rustic furnishings all enclosed in an open concept.
To offer patrons a unique perspective of towns throughout Montgomery County including that of The Woodlands, on display are renderings, memorabilia and historical photos capturing the essence of its nearly 200 year history.
