Job Description
As line cook, you are responsible for the preparation, presentation and execution of all items on the menu. The kitchen isn't the only thing that heats up—in this fast paced environment, you'll be expected to maintain poise under pressure. You'll know your prep work like the back of your hand, and your closing duties won't even bother you.

“Tobiuo” is the Japanese name for flying fish. Its streamlined body allows its swimming to reach such a high velocity that it breaks the surface of the ocean and uses its wing-like fins to glide up to 655 feet. This unique attribute makes it stand out in an ocean full of fish. Like the tobiuo, we, in a world full of sushi restaurants, choose to be different.
